In succession of phase 1 and 2 notifications (CIN: 201712002I and 201810002I) wafer test will be released
for the remaining types to mitigate the risk of capacity caused by COVID-19
- In addition to NXP Semiconductors Thailand (ATBK), ASEN will be released for wafer test
- Introduce second source wafer test at ASEN for remaining Logic types

- By qualifying ASEN (Suzhou, China) as an additional source for Wafer Test for Logic products, Nexperia
improves manufacturing flexibility and the ability to meet increased customer demand
- Improved efficiency, ASEN will become a full turn key solution
