The Ilogic Specification in the AD5124/AD5144/AD5144A datasheet will be corrected as follows:
Typical: Change from 1nA to 0.05uA (50nA)
Maximum: Change from 120nA to 1.4uA

To correctly reflect the operation of the AD5124/AD5144/AD5144A
Impact of the change (positive or negative) on fit, form, function & reliability
There is no change in the product design or operation of the device therefore there will be no impact on the fit, form, function and reliability of
the device.

There is no change to the devices. Datasheet correction only.
