This notice is to inform you of a change that will be made to certain ADI products (see Material Report). Any issues with this PCN or
requirements to qualify the change (additional data or samples) must be sent to ADI within 30 days of publication date. ADI contact
information is listed below.
PCN Title: Advance Notification of the Transfer of 7 AD7111 models from 4" to 8" Fab
Publication Date: 09-May-2013
Effectivity Date: 07-Aug-2013 (the earliest date that a customer could expect to receive changed material)

Initial Release
Description Of Change
Transfer of seven models of the AD7111 which were originally wafer fabricated on the L process in 4" fab at Analog Devices, Limerick,
Ireland to the L process in the 8" fab at the same facility.
The 8" process has been in production since 2004 and is certified to ISO9001 and TS16949 quality standards.
Reason For Change
To guarantee continued supply of AD7111 product for customers.

No planned change to fit, form or function.
Product Identification (this section will describe how to identify the changed material)
Devices with a date code of 1321 or later will be processed on the 8" wafer fab.
Summary of Supporting Information
Qualification will be performed per ADI0012, Procedure for Qualification of New or Revised Processes. See attached Qualification Plan
