This notice is to inform you of a change that will be made to certain ADI products (see Appendix A) that you may have purchased in the
last 2 years. Any inquiries or requests with this PCN (additional data or samples) must be sent to ADI within 30 days of

Initial Release
Description Of Change
Die Revision Change:
Additional current sources were added in the output stage.
Data Sheet Changes:
1. Changed Voh/Vol over all operating conditions.
2. Decreased Common-mode input voltage range over temperature.
See supporting document for data sheet specification changes.
Reason For Change
To correct an issue which would cause the output to oscillate when approaching the positive rail and to update the data sheet to accurately
reflect device capabilities.
Impact of the change (positive or negative) on fit, form, function & reliability
There is no impact on the fit, form, and reliability. Functionally of the part will change since the output voltage swing is now balanced and the
common-mode input voltage range was decreased over temperature.
Summary of Supporting Information
Qualification has been performed per ADI0012, Procedure for Qualification of New or Revised Processes. See attached Qualification Results
Summary.
Comments
This change will be reflected in Rev D of the ADA4077-1/ADA4077-2/ADA4077-4 data sheet.
