This notice is to inform you of a change that will be made to certain ADI products (see Material Report). Any issues with this PCN or
requirements to qualify the change (additional data or samples) must be sent to ADI within 30 days of publication date. ADI contact
information is listed below.

Revision Description:
Added parts. Removed parts.
Description Of Change
This is a change to a new die attach and mold compound materials for assembly of ADI's TSSOP products.
In addition, ADI is transferring the assembly location of the TSSOP products.
From:
Assembly Site: Carsem S
Die attach: Ablestik 84-1LMISR4
Mold compound: Sumitomo 7351LS
To:
Assembly Site: Carsem M
Die attach: Henkel QMI-519
Mold compound: Sumitomo G700HA
ADI is currently in high volume production at Carsem M for SOIC_N, SOIC_W, SSOP, miniSOIC, QSOP, SOT23, SOT223, SOT143, SOT66,
SC70, and TSOT packages.
The newly qualified materials are low halogen/halogen free with <900 ppm Br-, <900 ppm Cl-, and <1500 ppm combined Br- and Cl- content.

Note: For parts being added, Effectivity Date is targeted after 90 days. Effectivity date for material on the previous revision of this PCN
remains 21-Dec-2011.
Reason For Change
ADI is standardizing on halogen free package materials that have equivalent or improved material properties in response to our customer and
industry demands for halogen free "green" products.
