1. Description
The CAN bootloader SAM-BA
™
Boot4CAN allows the user to program the different
memories and registers of any Atmel AT91SAM product that includes a CAN without
removing them from the system and without the need of a preprogrammed
application.
The CAN bootloader manages communication with an external device (host) through
the CAN network. It implements a CAN protocol which translates serial CAN commu-
nication frames into memory and register accesses.
