Change Description:
The above listed devices will be transferred to UMC wafer fabrication facility to ensure an uninterrupted flow
of product to meet customer production demands. The facility will manufacture the parts to the same
specification as LFoundry and will meet all the datasheet parameters. The UMC parts will be compatible in
form, fit, and function to the LFoundry material and will also be a drop-in replacement to products that are
currently being produced in the LFoundry facility.
Samples are only available in bulk and can be ordered through Atmel Sample Centre by logging on to
https://samples.atmel.com/scripts/samplecenter.dll?atmel?cmd=menu
Specific ordering codes for new die revision samples only are shown in the table below, and are available for
sample orders only until the proposed first shipment date. For all production orders, only standard existing
ordering codes will be accepted.
