Customer Notification BL Bipolar - Joint Venture WeEn Semiconductors
Information Notification
After Bipolar Power joint venture (JV) WeEn Semiconductors has been established beginning of November,
the new JV will start fully operating from Dec 7th 2015. From this date customers will need to place orders
for Bipolar Power products to WeEn Semiconductors (Hong Kong) Co. Limited. Bipolar Power products will
be shipped from WeEn Semiconductors and customers will receive invoices from WeEn Semiconductors.
Product manufacturing flows, bill of material (BOM), quality and existing product marking will remain
unchanged as per Dec 7th 2015. Further details of the transition as per Dec 7th will be communicated
though your NXP's CSR (customer service representative).
Why do we issue this Information Notification
Bipolar Power BL becomes NXP and JAC Joint Venture company called WeEn Semiconductors with effect
from Nov 9,2015.
Through this we will introduce a Change in the order book handling and product delivery process.
Identification of Affected Products
Change of company name and logo on invoice, and PO process for end customers.
Change on box delivery label.
