Dear Valued Customer,
Cypress is pleased to present you with the second quarter (Q2) update to our 2016 Horizon
report.
The purpose of this report is to give you advance visibility on changes that Cypress plans to
implement in the coming year. This update contains the latest change information for the next
four quarters (Q2’16, Q3’16, Q4’16 and Q1’17). The report also has the list of notifications that
were sent to customers in the last two quarters.
All customers will receive a detailed, final PCN for each change, as per the plan shown in the
attached Horizon report.
When warranted by business-critical circumstances, Cypress may release a change sooner or
later than the scheduled Horizon timeline. In such cases, the PCN may be released outside of
the timeline indicated in this report.
The Horizon Report, and a supporting attachment containing Cypress part numbers associated
with the quarter-wise changes, are enclosed with this letter.
