Dear Customer:

Because you have purchased one or more of the products listed on the attachment during the

past twenty-four (24) months, we would like to know if you have any continuing requirements

for them in the future. We would appreciate your advising us of any such requirements and

estimated quantities needed as soon as possible.

This notification period is per TI’s standard process. Customers with previously negotiated,

special requirements will be handled separately. Any inquiries should be directed to your local

Field Sales Representative.

If you require additional supply beyond the dates defined in this letter, please contact your

local Field Sales Representative to determine if the parts may be available from a TI-

authorized distributor for discontinued products. There is no guarantee of continued supply for

these products.
