Description of Discontinuance:
Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI) is announcing the discontinuance of select devices at the
Amkor AP1 facility. A non-cancelable, non-refundable life time buy is being offered per the
date shown above. Recommended replacements are also offered on some devices as shown in
the Product Affected Section.
NOTE: There are no samples offered for withdrawn/obsolete products. For samples of any
replacement products, please contact your local sales representative.
Reason for Withdrawal/Discontinuance:
Amkor is discontinuing the SnPb plating process.
