Withdrawal of the Select Devices Sourced in GFAB6
Product Discontinuance Notification
Date: 4/28/2016
To: Newark/Farnell PCN
Dear Customer:
The purpose of Revision A is to reinstate select devices originally notified to be
discontinued in PDN20150901004. Please refer to the Description of
Withdrawal/Discontinuance Section on page 3 of this document.
This notification serves as an addendum for PDN20150901004, recently issued on 9/25/2015.
Details are provided in the Description of Withdrawal/Discontinuance Section on page 3 of this
document.
Because you have purchased one or more of the products listed on the attachment during the
past twenty-four (24) months, we would like to know if you have any continuing requirements
for them in the future. We would appreciate your advising us of any such requirements and
estimated quantities needed as soon as possible.
In an attempt to satisfy any continuing requirements you may have, TI is offering a non-
cancelable lifetime buy for the product. Related dates are included on the attachment. We will
contact you as soon as we have completed our review of all customer responses to determine
the appropriate course of action required to satisfy your needs for this/these products.
This notification period is per TI’s standard process. Customers with previously negotiated,
special requirements will be handled separately. Any inquiries should be directed to your local
Field Sales Representative.
If you require additional supply beyond the dates defined in this letter, please contact your
local Field Sales Representative to determine if the parts may be available from a TI-
authorized distributor for discontinued products. There is no guarantee of continued supply for
these products.
