Description:
This is a replacement for PCN 31972. Micron part number
MT48LC4M16A2P-7E AIT:J has been added to the affected
parts list.
DRAM SDP TSOP package will change lead lock tape supplier
from Hitachi Chemical to Tomoegawa. Lead lock tape is used
for fixing lead frame inner leads in TSOP packages. The
existing supplier will stop accepting orders by June 2017.
The properties for Hitachi Chemical and Tomoegawa lead lock
tape vary in terms of tape thickness.
