Subject: Addendum to PIN210804 - Removal of Cypress Logo on Shipping Boxes
Change Type: Minor
Description of Change:
The purpose of this addendum is to update the implementation date of the removal of Cypress
logo from shipping boxes. Due to current inventory at the warehouse, the implementation date
has been changed from April 2021 to December 2021. It is possible to receive boxes with or
without the Cypress logo during the transition period prior to the implementation date.
Previous communication:
Cypress announces the removal of the Cypress logo and any trademark statements on the
shipping boxes. This is to align Cypress shipping boxes with the current Infineon packaging
standards. In addition, the removal of the Cypress logo provides additional security during
shipment. There are no changes to ordering part numbers. Product datasheets remain the same
and can be downloaded from the Cypress website (www.cypress.com).
