4.1 Description See in annex 1. For all products, the comparator specification
changes:
The maximum VREFINT scaler startup time,
tS_SC(max), is not as expected for the first
activation of the VREFINT scaler after powering
on the device. It can be up to 1s (instead of 0.1
ms or 0.2 ms) in worse case conditions. This
maximum value depends mainly on the voltage
and temperature. See the device datasheet for
more details.
In addition, for STM32F0x8x and STM32F3x8x
products:
If the VREFINT scaler is in use, the VDDA has
to be minimum 2 V instead 1.65 V.
