Die
Lotpaste
CR 88
ist ein ausgereiftes High-Tech-
Produkt, das für alle SMD-Anwendungen bestens
geeignet
isl. Das ansonsten langwierige
Einlöten von
SMT-Bauteilen mit bleifreiem
Lötdraht wird durch den
Einsaiz der bleifreien Lotpaste CR 88
zu
einem
einfa-
chen und schnellen Arbeitsgang.

strenge Beachtung der Richtlinien
von DIN-, SN-, IPC-

Die Flußmittelzusammensetzung entspricht
F-SW 32
oder nach den neuen
Normen RE Lo. Die bleifreie
Lollegierung enlhält Sn 96,5
Ag 3,5
Qualifikation:
Die Lotpaste CR 88 ist eine
RMA-Paste, die den Anfor-
derungen der MIL-QQ-S571e entspricht._
Die entsprechenden Korrosions-,
LotkugeF und Benet-
zungstesls wurden ebenso
wie
die
Konturenstabilitäts-
prüfung
(SN
59650)
bestanden. Laboruntersuchungen
bestätigen, daB die
korrosionsfreien, der FSW 32
entsprechenden
Rückstände auf der Leiterplatte beden-
kenlos verbleiben können.

Das ungeöffnete Gebinde kann bei einer
Lagerung von
20"C Raumtemperatur 6

conditions.
