3 STM32 option bytes
The option bytes are programmed differently than normal user addresses.
The STM32 has the following option bytes:
● 4 for write protection,
● 1 for read-out protection,
● 1 for configuration,
● 2 for user data storage.
They are programmed by the end user depending on the application requirements.
